EXAMS: 3 WEEKS AWAY

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

my law paper is averaing a B- now....thank goodness my dear friends in hall r forcibly yanking me to study group sessions...lol

the rest are pretty ok i suppose, I am averaging B+ here....but according to my parents i shd be averaging As.... *bangs head on wall*

on a higher note, i signed up to be a PAID international student's orientation leader....muahahahahaha....y paid? coz we gotta pick up people from the airport at possibly ungodly hours and work over the weekends. Well, it only kicks in after the exams and until the next term starts...so not too bad^^ Hopefully I get it...coz i m the only sad soul staying in hall after the exams la!!! all going home...*mops*

tentatively flying back to S'pore on the 8th of Nov as that is when my term in hall ends, i m in the process of negotiating with my mum using my *ahem* competent law skills to allow me back the minute the examiner says "pens down" but she drives a hard bargain which goes along the lines of, 'i already paid for u to stay in Wellington until the 8th of Nov, if you come back earlier, I have to pay for yr Singapore living expenses, incurring another costs which can be saved if u stay put in Wellington but for another week or so. You already stayed there for 7mths or so already, wad is another week? Gives you time to move things about so that it won't affect yr studying' T.T

trust me, it is pretty hard to find a loop hole in that argument. My mum is too familiar with my use of language >.< I am going on the next grounds - emotional blackmail (Don't you miss me?) and REASONABLE LIMITS (mummy, I have been stuck in Wellington, missing Singapore food, culture and Singlish for 8mths...come on! It is precisely so that i want to go home; it is much easier to begin accounts on the beginning of each month anyway =P)

oh well...wish me luck^^ just thought i post something brainleess here to relieve the melocholic mood ^^
